Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality personal care, companionship, and support to clients in their own homes.
- Assist clients with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation, medication management, and mobility support.
- Foster positive relationships with clients, respecting their individual preferences and needs.
- Encourage independence and support clients in participating in social activities.
- Maintain accurate care records and communicate effectively with the care team and clients’ families.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations.
Requirements
- Willing to relocate to Kent if living outside the area.
- Previous care experience is preferred but not essential (full training provided).
- Demonstrate empathy, patience, and a passion for delivering high-quality care.
- Strong communication skills and a professional attitude.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays as required.
