Care South is a not-for-profit charity providing residential care and care-at-home services across Southern England. They are seeking Home Care Assistants in the Crewkerne area to support clients in their homes. Tier 2 Sponsorship is available for candidates meeting specific eligibility requirements, including living locally, having a UK driving licence, and access to a vehicle.
This role offers competitive pay, travel time compensation, and a mileage allowance of 40p per mile. Home Care Assistants will deliver care with compassion and flexibility, working between 7am-2pm and 4pm-10pm. Key Responsibilities
- Assess client needs and provide personal care.
- Assist with medication administration, meal preparation, and light domestic tasks.
- Support clients during community visits, such as shopping or leisure activities.
- Maintain regular communication with the office support team.
