Job Description
As a Warehouse Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
- Sorting, categorizing, ticketing, and processing donated and end-of-line fashion and textile items.
- Preparing stock for dispatch to stores and ensuring correct categorization and pricing.
- Handling deliveries, stock movement, and dispatch operations efficiently.
- Ensuring the RDC operates safely and adhering to health and safety standards.
- Collaborating with drivers, the RDC team, and the onsite E-commerce Marketplace team.
- Monitoring inventory and equipment levels and coordinating replenishments.
Key Skills and Knowledge Needed:
- Experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail stock processing within fast-paced environments.
- Good brand awareness and interest in fashion or textiles (work experience not required).
- Ability to meet daily dispatch and quality targets under pressure.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to assess priorities independently.
- Flexibility to support tasks outside of your primary role when needed.
