As an Attendant for Persons with Disabilities, your primary responsibility will be to provide assistance and support to individuals with disabilities in their daily activities. Qualifications:

- Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities or in a caregiving role is preferred
- Knowledge of disability rights, accessibility, and person-centered approaches
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help others
- Physical stamina and ability to perform lifting, transferring, and personal care tasks
