The Malardalen University Scholarship provides a full opportunity in Sweden for international students seeking to pursue Master’s degrees. The Malardalen University Sweden Scholarship is an opportunity to study at a top Swedish university with a research-driven approach and enhance career prospects in a multicultural environment.
The Mälardalen University Scholarship Programme provides an excellent opportunity for international students from countries outside the EU/EEA/Switzerland to pursue a Master’s degree in Sweden. This scholarship is aimed at academically outstanding students who have applied to a Master’s programme at Mälardalen University (MDU) as their first choice.
The scholarship covers 100% of the tuition fees for the duration of the programme, provided recipients follow the standard study plan, which requires completing at least 22.5 credits per semester and 45 credits per academic year. However, the scholarship does not include living expenses, so students must plan to cover their accommodation and daily living costs independently.
To qualify, applicants must have applied for a Master’s programme at MDU as their first choice and submitted all necessary supporting documents by the required deadlines. Additionally, the application fee must be paid on time. The scholarship is open to students from countries outside the EU/EEA/Switzerland who are required to pay tuition fees. However, it is not available to students from the twelve countries with which Sweden has long-term development cooperation, such as Bangladesh, Bolivia, and Uganda.
