Key Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate and high-quality support to help clients remain independent in their own homes.
- Support clients in building confidence and returning to independent living.
- Assist with personal care tasks, including hygiene, toileting, and dressing.
- Maintain the dignity and respect of clients at all times.
- Record and report care activities accurately and efficiently.
- Work shifts ranging from 7 am to 10 pm, including alternate weekends.
About You
- Experience: Previous experience in a care setting is essential.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, reporting skills, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Requirements:Hold or be prepared to obtain an enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check.
- Be flexible with working hours, including weekends.
- Hold a full UK driving license and have access to a reliable vehicle.
