Job Description
As a Health Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate and high-quality care to residents. We aim to promote physical, emotional, and social well-being while ensuring comfort and dignity for all.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, eating, and maintaining hygiene.
- Engage residents in recreational and social activities to foster physical and mental stimulation.
- Monitor and support residents’ physical and emotional well-being.
- Help create and implement individualized care plans, ensuring all specific needs are met.
- Assist with mobility and provide support for movement and transportation within the care environment.
