Responsibilities
- Deliver care that reflects best practices and legislative requirements.
- Ensure service users’ preferences and well-being are prioritized.
- Support service users in maintaining relationships and connections with the community.
- Follow care plans and report changes in service users’ needs to Senior Carers/Nurses.
- Promote and protect the welfare of individuals supported.
- Contribute to the efficient running of the service.
- Undertake training to maintain and enhance skills and knowledge.

Education and Certification Requirements
