Our client in the Information Management Services industry is seeking MULTIPLE Data Entry Clerk to join their team. The Data Entry Clerk is responsible for extracting individual medical files from storage boxes, identifying relevant data fields within each file, and accurately inputting this information into the client’s database.

- Monday to Friday from 7am-3 : 30pm
- Pay Rate : $19.65 / hour
- Duration : 3 months
Position Overview :
- The process involves transporting one box at a time to the workstation, extracting files, and entering data.
Upon completion of the review, files are returned to the box, which is then returned to the pallet. - Each pallet can hold a maximum of 5 boxes.
- While the physical movement of boxes occurs only 5% of the time, the majority of the work is performed while seated (95% of the time).
Key Responsibilities :
Maintain a consistently high keystroke frequency (10,000 keystrokes per hour) with 100% accuracy, confirmed through ‘double key’ verification.
Transport cartons weighing between 30-50 pounds over distances up to 20 feet at a frequency of one box every 5-7 minutes.
Lift and lower cartons from / to pallet and workstation, with carton weights ranging from 30-50 pounds and lift heights ranging from 13 to 45 , at a frequency of one box every 5-7 minutes.
Adhere to a presentable and suitable attire for the working environment.
Note : Physical movement of boxes accounts for only 5% of the work time, while the remaining 95% is performed in a seated position.
Qualifications and Experience
- Safety Boots are Required
- Strong Data Entry scores (8,000-10,000 ksph)
- Experience in a warehouse environment is an asset
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs without assistance
