Responsibilities:
- Clear and collect brush, debris, wood, and stones from fields and other work areas.
- Develop and guide the behavior of farm animals.
- Grade vegetables and fruits based on size, shape, color, and volume for market pricing.
- Organize and prioritize tasks to accomplish farm work efficiently.
- Perform livestock feeding and pig littering activities, including administering medications and identifying piglets.
- Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops.
- Prepare cattle for exhibition.
- Assist in implementing farm safety and bio-security procedures.
- Provide agricultural services like plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying, and harvesting.
- Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting laborers.
- Detect diseases and health problems in crops, livestock, and poultry.
- Set and monitor water lines, airflow, and temperature in barns, pens, and chicken coops.
