The University is offering up to 5 scholarships for international students from Africa who are commencing a one-year postgraduate taught master’s program in any discipline for the academic session 2024/24.
The scholarship covers the full tuition fees for the duration of the master’s program. Applicants are required to hold an offer of a place for a postgraduate taught one-year master’s program for the September 2024 intake. While an offer is not mandatory to apply, applicants will need an offer to be considered for an interview. Requirements For The University of Glasgow African Partners Award
To be eligible, application must:
- Demonstrate academic excellence and achieve grades equivalent to a UK 1st?Class Honours;
- Have International fee status;
- Be domiciled in Africa;
- Be able to demonstrate a clear career and/or development plan that will be supported by Masters level study (via application form);
- Be able to provide evidence of meeting the UKVI maintenance/living costs by 30th June 2024 (only required if offered scholarship following successful interview).
- Be a student, alumni or member of staff at one of the University partners in Africa.
